In the lesson about owls, students will:

    • Watch the short video (below) about owls that is brought to you by Three Rivers Park District. This video highlights the parts of owl, owl calls, and hen owls are active. Also, students will meet the barred owl up close and personal.
    • Use the owl activity to label the parts of a barred owl and draw a barred owl's prey.
