SMART Firmware update and Flash, Notebook version 11.4 or greater

SMART Firmware Update Procedure:

1) Ensure the device to be updated is connected directly to your computer with a USB cable not longer than 16 feet.

2) Launch the firmware updater from the following location:

Windows (32-bit):

C:\Program Files\SMART Technologies\SMART Product Drivers\SMARTFirmwareUpdater.exe

Windows (64-bit):

C:\Program Files (x86)\SMART Technologies\ SMART Product Drivers\SMARTFirmwareUpdater.exe

Mac OS X operating system:

HD\Applications\SMART Technologies\SMART Tools\SMARTFirmwareUpdater.app

3) Follow the on-screen instructions using your computer's mouse and keyboard.

4) Select the check box for the SMART product you want to update, and then click Next. A progress bar appears.

5) When the installation is complete, calibrate and/or orient your SMART device if applicable.
