SMART Board 800 Series, differentiating between version 1 and 2 pen trays

The two types are differentiated by the serial numbers. A serial number with letter at the beginning of the last section (SBX880-M2-B123456) is the version 2 pen tray.

The difference is that the pen tray’s camera control cable port on Version 2 is Male and the corresponding camera control cable on those boards are Female.

Version 1 it’s reversed, pen tray camera control cable port is Female and the camera control cable end is Male.
