SMART SBM600 and 800, Ink Always Appears

- Ensure you not in Lockable Pen mode.If one of your pen color buttons is blinking that means you are in Lockable Pen mode. Press the color button and operation will return to normal. If not, check Touch Recognition setting below.

1. Place all pens/eraser back into their slots

2. Press the Help button on the pen tray

3. Select Touch Recognition Settings

4. Enable Touch Recognition box should be selected
