***NOTE: Use this table only if the status light is SOLID GREEN on the mic. If it's not, refer to troubleshooting the status lights

CAUSE: Your volume is too low on the mic
SOLUTION: Increase the volume

CAUSE: Your mic volume is too low in the Smart Audio Software
SOLUTION: Open Smart Audio Software, and increase the volume

CAUSE: Your mic isn't connected to the room module
SOLUTION: Turn your mic toward the room module, and then move to within 15' of the room module

CAUSE: The Smart Audio System is turned off
SOLUTION: Turn on the Smart Audio System
