SMART Board SB600 Series, pen tray lights keep cycling

NOTE: All of the pen tray LED's flash sequentially twice, indicating successful communication with the controller. This part is normal.

1. Reset the Smart Board by either reseating the USB cable or pressing the Blue button on the side of the controller (lower right side of SMART board behind bezel)

2. If they do not cycle correctly, or do not stop cycling, replace the cable between the pen tray and controller with a known working cable from another board and submit support ticket with findings.
