Diagnostic Report #1:
Press the "?" button on the pen tray
Select Technical Support > Tools > Diagnostics
Do a File, Save As to your desktop

Diagnostic Report #2:
Press the "?" button on the pen tray
Select Technical Support > Tools > Diagnostics
Select the Report tab
Select Local > Save As to your desktop
