DC-450 Notebook Doesn't Detect Cam

- Make sure your USB cable is connected

- Make sure the USB switch is set to the PC/USB icon

- Make sure your software is up to date
(You need at least NB 11 service pack 1 for use with a DC-450)

- Make sure the USB cable and the computer USB port are working properly

- Make sure the USB to PC setting is set to CAMERA in the doc cam menu
