SMART Board SBM600, 800 series and 8070/8055, digital ink not appearing correctly

-Ensure there is nothing attached to the front of the SMART boards bezel.

-Wipe the reflective inside of the SMART board bezel, including the camera, lightly.

-Calibrate the cameras for the SMART board and retest.
