LightRaise 40wi, 60wi and 60wi2 Pen Issues

LightRaise 40wi, 60wi and 60wi2 Pen not working correctly

- Ensure that the pen's battery is charged and the switch on the base of the pen is turned on

- Ensure that the USB cable for data/touch is properly connected to your computer

- Ensure that the TDM (Touch Detection Module) is properly connected and operational and that is status light is solid green or flashing green

- If something is blocking the projected image and creating a shadow on the surface, the interactive pen doesn't work in the shadow area. When you write on the surface, ensure that your body doesn't create a shadow on the writing area

- Ensure that the current video input corresponds with the USB input on the projector.This is call USB mapping, see here for instructions on checking this setting
