TDM LIGHT: Solid Green
TOUCH INTERACTION: Full Control
STATUS: The Touch USB is connected, and Smart Drivers are running

TDM LIGHT: Flashing Green
TOUCH INTERACTION: Full Control
STATUS: The Touch USB is connected, and the default OS drivers are running. You might have single touch only, depending on your OS. Download and install appropriate SMART Drivers.

TDM LIGHT: Flashing Amber/Red
TOUCH INTERACTION: No Touch
STATUS: The TDM is in red laser mode which is used during alignment. Wait 3 minutes for the red lasers to turn off or turn them off manually with the button on the TDM.

TDM LIGHT: Solid Green or Flashing Green
TOUCH INTERACTION: No Touch
STATUS: The USB Cable for touch isn't properly connected to your computer OR adjust the USB Mapping settings
*NOTE: Touch is disabled if the current input doesn't match the Touch setting in the OSD menu.

TDM LIGHT: Solid Red
TOUCH INTERACTION: No Touch 
STATUS: Connect the Touch USB cable

TDM LIGHT: Flashing Red/Amber
TOUCH INTERACTION: No Touch
STATUS: Hardware fault. Turn the projector off, disconnect power, reconnect power and then turn it back on again. If no change, please retrieve the serial number of the projector and submit a service ticket request. The projector will need to have it's warranty verified and it will either need to be repaired or replaced.
