Press and hold the tiny button on both the module (part that connects at the board) and the dongle (part connected to the computer) for 3 seconds. They do not have to be pressed together, press one then the other and wait 3-5 minutes. LED's will flash green while syncing, and turn solid green once connection has been established. If it returns to Solid Red, connection failed.

Only the module or dongle will have failed so you'll need to isolate which is the fault by the below troubleshooting.

If no change try replacing the dongle with a known working one from another system and re-pair them. If no change put back the original dongle and replace the module with a known working from from another system and re-pair them.
