CAUSE: The file isn't playing
SOLUTION: Play the file

CAUSE: Your computer is muted
SOLUTION: Restore the volume for your computer

CAUSE: The input device is muted at your control unit
SOLUTION: Open Smart Audio software and restore the volume

CAUSE:  Smart Audio System is turned off
SOLUTION: Turn on the Smart Audio system

CAUSE: There is no USB connection from your computer to your control unit
SOLUTION: Connect a USB cable from your computer to your control unit
