Crestron Processor Hardware Reset (HW-R)

To perform a Hardware reset on your Crestron processor, press the red button labeled HW-R once on the front of the unit with a small item such as a paperclip for 1 second.  This process takes some time to perform.  If your issues persist after this reset, please contact Tierney Support for help.
