Logon to the portal here: https://licensing.smarttech.com/flexnet/operationsportal/logon.do

-Your FlexNet login credentials were emailed to your organization by SMART Technologies. The subject line of the email will be "Your SMART Software Portal Login and Temporary Password".

*Note that your temporary password will expire. Please log into the portal as soon as possible and change your password to prevent your access from expiring. If your password has expired, use the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. Your user name is your email address.
