Why this happens: Some websites treat interactive whiteboards and interactive flat panels as a tablet and disable mouse clicks.
The solution is to change the settings in your Internet browser.
To change settings in Mozilla Firefox
- Enter about:config in the address bar.
- Browse to dom.w3c_touch_events.enabled and right-click the preference name.
- Select Modify.
Enter interger value window appears. - Enter 0.
- Click OK.
- Close Firefox and then open it again.
To change settings in Google Chrome
- Enter chrome://flags in the address bar.
- Browse to Enable touch events.
- Select Disabled from the drop-down menu.
- Close Chrome and then open it again.
