When using the wireless dongle that will disable the hardwired LAN connection.
When switching internet access type (wireless/LAN hard-wire) you do not need to restart the display. You can switch between Ethernet and WiFi without a restart once the dongle has been recognized. You are only able to have one of the other, not both, active.
If you are using a hard-line network/internet connection (Ethernet/Cat5/Cat6) and your Clevertouch isn't connecting after restarting it > Go to Settings menu > Ethernet and make sure it is enabled.
